The accounts management section of the LBI – ERP system contains the chart of accounts, journal entries, balance sheet, trial balance, profit and loss account, exchange vouchers and receivables.
All accounts are linked with accounts management, each supplier has an account in the account tree, every customer has an account in the account tree, every treasury has an account in a tree, and every bank has accounts in the account tree.
When registering any invoice, receipt voucher or voucher, the program creates daily entries that prove the accounting process that was carried out based on the invoice or voucher.
